Show gardens at national shows have always been a part of what I do. This show garden called "Down the Garden" was at BBC Gardeners World live and won me a Silver-Gilt medal.

This is a beautifully maintained Japanese pond area in Birkhamstead, Hertfordshire. I worked closely with the client to plant and replant the side of the pond with plants that complement and contrast against the water.

I commissioned the installation of this lovely pathway into the garden, then planted the garden too with all year round seasonal color. The pathway goes from the house to the much used greenhouse.

I planted flowering cherry trees then 15,000 tulip bulbs and 3000 Hyacinths bulbs for a lovely spring walk. As the cherry trees grow the walk will get more and more special each year and is part of the wedding reception area at Laceby Manor.

This is a round kitchen garden that we built and maintain. Picket fencing for sweet peas, round raised planters for no-dig gardening and a greenhouse with rose arches too. Perennial borders all around and the whole area is nicely contained in the garden.

Look at this for mowing with stripes. This garden was only completed two weeks before this and I took great pleasure in mowing the grass for the first time and adding impact to the way the whole garden looks.

This is a grass tennis court that's used for entertaining too. Lawn treatments and being mowed each week makes the lawn look the way it does and I got a massive sense of achievement to provide a finish like this for the client.

I maintain this swimming pond and waterfall. Originally built by Diarmuid Gavin and his team its stunning, set in part of the Lincolnshire countryside. Regular water and filter checks ensure the pond and waterfall are always in very good condition.

I love mowing, can you tell? This grass verge gets all sorts of different stripy patterns throughout the year. I love this one that took some doing but it has crisscross, and straight stripes too, giving me the time to experiment for the client too.
