Having a deep love for gardens that shines through in
all the gardening work I that do. I mow, treat and maintain lawns, trim hedges,
trim topiary, weed borders and mulch. I create fabulous gardens and planting
schemes to suit every garden and every budget.
Since the start of June 2016 I have been running and
assisting with community based projects for ONGO Communities. These are
based at the Viking Center in Barton upon Humber and also at Somerby road
allotments in Scunthorpe. I have more planned to watch this space!
Creating stunning planting combinations through my blend
of garden design skills and Horticultural knowledge. Imagine in your garden
a balance of architectural shapes and drama from dramatic bursts of colour,
this is just one of the ways I plan and plant your garden.

Alan Titchmarsh emailed me to say "Congratulations
on the most
sensational garden" after designing and building an inspirational children's project.
Hello and welcome to my website and all the inspirational gardening,
planting and floral enhancements that I have had the privilege to work on.
From concept to reality I will ease your garden in the right direction and turn
any area into a usable, floral, structural and happy place for you to enjoy.
At Harrogate Flower Show 2015 I designed and built the "Quirky
Cottage Garden" and was delighted to be awarded A
Gold Medal &
in Show which was the first time these two medals have been awarded at the
same time at a show for 5 years. This shows how special these medals are and
how proud I am to win them.
I offer are
all types of gardening, planting design, hedge cutting, lawns treated, mowed and edged, weeding and border

and can light up even the darkest of gardens with flowers.
I always aim high to create gardens and outdoor spaces to give you a
greater enjoyment, time to relax and a good life outside. Using plants to
bring your garden alive linking your house with nature and giving your

have written many features in Kitchen Garden Magazine about the school
garden projects that I have worked on and the multinational seeds we have

Alan Titchmarsh emailed me to say:
"Congratulations on the most sensational garden,
I only wish more folk were so committed to getting children
gardening in such a fun way. Best wishes and again many, many
congratulations on a brilliant job.
Working in ONGO Communities I am running the allotment community project
on Somerby road in Scunthorpe and also working at the Viking Centre in
Barton upon Humber. Planting the ONGO planter outside Crosby employment
in Scunthorpe and much more.
Starting with overgrown areas and taking them back to basics. Then
building on what's there by planting and growing with children,
volunteers, students and special needs we are making these areas
exciting. Helping with grounds maintenance in different areas and
looking at anything that makes a difference through gardening.

Through ONGO Communities I am involved with a whole host of inspiring
projects. The benefits of these projects are to engage tenants and their
children, give volunteers something real to be a part of and grow allsorts
of fruit, vegetables and flowers! Growing vegetables in the community then
cooking and eating them is just fantastic! Adding floral displays to
brighten up community areas adds an all important feel great factor to
community areas too!
Show Gardens - Premier Gold Medal Winner (and
lots of other medals too!)
THE NEWBY CUP FOR PLANTING EXCELLENCE
- GARDENERS WORLD AWARD - BEST IN SHOW
Take a look at the highlights from the show gardens I have
designed and built over the past 11 years. Show gardens are exciting
gardens that show what I can achieve with the garden designs I make. They
also show my planting design and what's possible to build in
just two weeks. These are fun to build but have a very serious side too as
they are seen by 1000's of show visitors each year and have to be the best
I can achieve.

Show gardens at National shows are my opportunity to be a little more
adventurous with my designs, and show the world what I do best. Above is a
collection of pictures from the seven show gardens I have designed and built
over the past 11 years.
Winning Bronze, Silver, Silver-Gilt and Premier Gold plus Best in Show,
the Newby Cup for planting excellence and a Gardeners World Live award
too, I am proud of my achievements!
